If you cancel:
- 15 days before arrival: no charge
- 7-14 days before arrival: we charge 30% of the full amount
- 3-6 days before arrival: we charge 70% of the full amount
- 2 days before arrival, no show or departure before the end of the stay: we charge the full amount
